Product Description Traditionally, the control of this Modern Forms Smart Fan includes a Bluetooth enabled remote control with magnetic wall cradle and can be paired with an unlimited amount of Modern Forms Smart Fans within range, operating from up to 100ft away. An optional Bluetooth Hardwired Wall Control can be purchased separately (Part # F-WCBT-WT).
Advanced Control All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled by most iPhone or Android devices. The app is available for download free through the iPhone App Store or Google Play Stores. Remote control functions include: fan on/off; fan speed up/down with 6 speeds and audible beep confirmation of speed change; light on/off; light dim up/down; and fan mode toggle modes (Winter/Summer).
Smart Control All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled with the Smart Home Tech including Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Ecobee. The Smart Home Integration is simple - simply download the Modern Forms App on your iOS or Android device and follow the integration steps.
High Powered Energy Efficient LED Luminaire The LED luminaire provides 1,100 lumens, 3000K color temperature, and 90 CRI, which is a requirement for Title 24 Energy Efficiency. It is also rated with 50,000 hours and has a wet location listing for indoor or outdoor use.
Energy Efficient Quiet DC Motor The fan operates with a 6-speed energy efficient quiet DC motor that is up to 70% more efficient than AC fans.
Winter & Summer Modes For winter and summer modes, the blades can be set to spin either counter-clockwise to move cool air through the room or reverse and move warm air through the room.
Energy Guide - Weighted Average The fan has an electricity rating of 13W, airflow of 4102 CFM, and energy costs of 4.00 based on estimated annual energy cost. A ceiling fan extension downrod, ceiling fan downrod coupler, and ceiling fan 30-45 degree slope ceiling adapter are available for purchase.
