Traditional control
The Modern Forms Smart Fan comes with a Bluetooth-enabled remote control with a magnetic wall cradle, which can be paired with an unlimited number of Modern Forms Smart Fans within range, operating from up to 100ft away. The optional Bluetooth hardwired wall control can be bought separately (Part # F-WCBT-WT).
Functions of the remote control include: Fan On/Off, Fan Speed Up/Down (6-speeds) with an audible beep confirmation of speed change, Light On/Off, Light Dim Up/Down, and Fan Mode Toggle Modes (Winter/Summer).
Advanced control
All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled using most iPhone or Android devices. No additional hardware or purchases are necessary apart from the iPhone or Android device. The app is free to download through the iPhone App Store or Google Play Stores.
App functions include all of the basic Remote Control Features plus: 7/365 Day Scheduling, Adaptive Learning, Fan Grouping, and Advanced Smart Home Integration.
Smart control
All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled with the smart home tech such as Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Ecobee. Smart Home Integration is easy - simply download the Modern Forms App on your iOS or Android device and follow the integration steps.
Smart Home Integration Includes: Alexa, Google Home Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, Ecobee Thermostat, Control 4 / Josh AI, and coming soon through app updates: Savant, Lutron Homeworks, and Nest.
High Powered Energy Efficient LED Luminaire
The fan has a 1,600 Lumens output, 3000K Color Temperature, 90 CRI (a requirement for Title 24 Energy Efficiency), and is rated for up to 50,000 hours. It is also wet location listed for indoor or outdoor use.
Quiet motor
The fan is equipped with a 6-speed energy-efficient quiet DC motor, which is quiet, reliable, and up to 70% more efficient than AC fans.
Winter & Summer Modes
The fan's Winter Mode reverses the blades to move warm air through a room, while Summer Mode spins the blades counter-clockwise to move cool air and reduce room temperature by as much as 10 degrees.

Incoming Fans
Modern Forms Fans pair with popular smart home tech and can be controlled through an exclusive Modern Forms app to control fan speed, use smart features like breeze mode, adaptive learning, create groups, and reduce energy costs. The Bluetooth hardwired wall control is included, and additional switches are available for 3 or 4-way setup. The fan can also be controlled through an Android or iOS wall-mounted tablet with Wi-fi.
Efficient and Quiet
The fans are made with incredibly efficient, completely silent DC motors and are up to 70% more efficient than traditional fans. They are factory-balanced and sound tested to ensure each fan will never wobble, rattle, or click.
LED Luminaire
Powered by WAC Lighting, the replaceable LED luminaire features smooth and continuous brightness control. It comes in 2700K, 3000K, and 3500K options with an optional cover to conceal the luminaire. It is also ETL, cETL, UL, cUL, CSA CAN wet location listed for indoor or outdoor applications. It can be installed on slope ceilings up to a 32-degree slope (XF-SCK Slope Ceiling Kit available for slopes 32-45 Degrees). Downrods are sold separately for longer lengths.
