This Modern Forms Smart Fan offers traditional control and advanced features for smart home integration and energy efficiency. It comes with a Bluetooth enabled remote control that can be paired with an unlimited amount of Modern Forms Smart Fans within 100ft range, as well as optional Bluetooth Hardwired Wall Control that can be purchased separately (Part # F-WCBT-WT).
The remote control functions include turning the fan and lights on and off, adjusting fan speed and light brightness, and toggling between Winter and Summer modes.
In addition to the remote control, all Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled by most iPhone or Android devices. The app is available for download free through the iPhone App Store or Google Play Stores, and allows for advanced scheduling, adaptive learning, fan grouping, and smart home integration with devices like Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Ecobee.
The fan itself features a high powered energy efficient LED luminaire with 1,600 lumens, a 3000K color temperature, 90 CRI, and 50,000 rated hours. It is wet location listed for indoor or outdoor use, with a durable finish. The fan also includes a 6-speed energy efficient quiet DC motor, allowing it to be up to 70% more efficient than AC fans.
The smart home integration allows for voice-activated and thermostat control, and the fan features Winter and Summer modes to optimize air circulation and temperature control. It is available with Downrod and Flush Mount options, and various accessories are available for purchase.
