The free Modern Forms app is available for download from the iPhone App Store or Google Play. With it, users can control fan speed, utilize smart features like breeze mode and adaptive learning, create groups, and reduce energy costs. New Bluetooth compatibility allows for improved range, and an unlimited number of fans can be controlled with the remote or wall control within range.
Each fan comes with a battery-operated Bluetooth remote and wall cradle included, with the option to purchase a Bluetooth hardwired wall control separately. The wall control can be set up as a 3 or 4 way switch when multiple controls are purchased and can be operated through an Android or iOS wall-mounted tablet with Wi-fi.
Modern Forms Fans are designed with incredibly efficient and completely silent DC motors, which are up to 70% more efficient than traditional fans. Each fan is factory-balanced and sound tested to ensure it will never wobble, rattle, or click.
The high-powered energy-efficient LED luminaire, powered by WAC Lighting, features smooth and continuous brightness control. It is available in 2700K, 3000K, and 3500K options, and replacement options are also available.
In terms of safety and installation, Modern Forms Fans are ETL, cETL, UL, cUL, and CSA CAN Wet Location Listed for indoor or outdoor applications. They can also be installed on slope ceilings up to a 30-degree slope, and a special Slope Ceiling Kit is available for slopes of 32-45 degrees. Downrods are sold separately for longer lengths. Accessories such as downrod extensions, couplers, slope ceiling adapters, and additional remote controls are also available for purchase.
