The free Modern Forms app is available for download from the iPhone App Store or Google Play. The app allows you to control fan speed, utilize smart features like breeze mode and adaptive learning, create groups, and reduce energy costs.
The high-powered and energy-efficient LED luminaire has a brightness of 1600 lumens and is available in 2700K, 3000K, 4000K, and 5000K options, with a 90 CRI rating, meeting Title 24 energy efficiency requirements. The luminaire is rated for 50,000 hours and is wet location listed, making it suitable for both interior and exterior use.
Modern Forms Fans feature a 6-speed quiet DC motor that is up to 70% more efficient than traditional AC fans. The fans also include a 4-color temperature switch, winter and summer modes, and are available in downrod and flush mount models.
Accessories such as downrod extensions, couplers, and slope ceiling adapters are available, as well as additional remote controls and hardwired wall controls.
The battery-operated Bluetooth remote control with a wall cradle is included with the fan, and a Bluetooth hardwired wall control is available for separate purchase. The fans can also be controlled through an Android or iOS wall-mounted tablet with Wi-Fi.
Modern Forms Fans are engineered with incredibly efficient and silent DC motors, ensuring that they will never wobble, rattle, or click. The replaceable LED luminaire is powered by WAC Lighting and is ETL, cETL, UL, cUL, and CSA CAN wet location listed for both indoor and outdoor use.
