An optional Bluetooth hardwired wall control can be purchased separately.
Advanced Control: All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled using most iPhone or Android devices without the need for any additional hardware or purchases. The app for controlling the fans can be downloaded for free from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Stores. The app includes various functions, such as scheduling, adaptive learning, grouping of fans, and advanced smart home integration.
Smart Control: The Modern Forms Smart Fans can also be controlled using smart home technology such as Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Ecobee. The integration of these smart home devices with the fans is simple and can be done by downloading the Modern Forms App and following the provided steps. Additional smart home integration features, such as Savant, Lutron Homeworks, and Nest, are planned to be included in future app updates.
High Powered Energy Efficient LED Luminaire (Optional): The optional LED luminaire features an etched opal glass case, 1,600 lumens, a 3000K color temperature, and a 90 CRI, which meets the Title 24 energy efficiency requirement. It is wet location listed for both indoor and outdoor use, and is rated for 50,000 hours according to LM-80 standards.
6-Speed Energy Efficient Quiet DC Motor: The fans are powered by a quiet, reliable DC motor which is up to 70% more efficient than AC fans.
Winter & Summer Modes: The fans can be switched between Summer and Winter modes, with the blades spinning counter-clockwise in Summer mode to cool the room, and the option to reverse the blades in Winter mode to circulate warm air.
Energy Guide: The electricity consumption, airflow, energy costs, and efficiency of the fans are detailed in the energy guide.
Ceiling Fan Accessories: Various accessories, such as downrods, couplers, angle adapters, additional remote controls, and hardwired wall controls, are available for purchase to complement the ceiling fans.
