Product Description Traditional Control This Modern Forms Smart Fan comes with a Bluetooth enabled remote control with a magnetic wall cradle. It can be paired with an unlimited number of Modern Forms Smart Fans within range, and can operate from up to 100ft away. There is also an optional Bluetooth Hardwired Wall Control available for purchase separately (Part # F-WCBT-WT). The remote control functions include turning the fan on/off, adjusting fan speed (6 speeds) with an audible beep confirmation of speed change, turning the light on/off, dimming the light up/down, and toggling between fan modes (winter/summer).
Advanced Control All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled using most iPhone or Android devices. No additional hardware or purchases are necessary other than your iPhone or Android device. The app can be downloaded for free from the iPhone App Store or Google Play Stores. The app includes all the basic remote control features, plus 7/365 day scheduling, adaptive learning, fan grouping, and advanced smart home integration.
Smart Control All Modern Forms Smart Fans can be controlled with smart home technology such as Alexa, Google Home, Samsung SmartThings, and Ecobee. Smart Home Integration is simple - just download the Modern Forms App on your iOS or Android device and follow the integration steps. Smart Home Integration includes Alexa, Google Home Assistant, Samsung SmartThings, Ecobee Thermostat, Control 4/Josh AI. Coming soon through app updates: Savant, Lutron Homeworks, and Nest.
High Powered Energy Efficient LED Luminaire (Optional) This fan comes with an optional etched opal glass case with 1,600 lumens, 3000K color temperature, and 90 CRI. It is rated for 50,000 hours and is wet location listed for indoor or outdoor use. It is durably finished and rated for both interior and exterior use.
6-Speed Energy Efficient Quiet DC Motor The fan features a quiet, reliable, and up to 70% more efficient DC motor compared to AC fans. It is able to coordinate with smart devices for voice-activated and thermostat control.
Winter & Summer Modes The fan has both summer and winter modes. In summer mode, the blades spin counter-clockwise to move cool air through the room and reduce room temperature by as much as 10 degrees. In winter mode, the blades reverse to move warm air through the room.
