Ceiling Fan Bluetooth Wall Control for Modern Forms Smart Fans

The Bluetooth wall switch for local control can be used with Modern Forms Ceiling Fans. For 3 or 4 way setup, additional switches are available (Part# F-WCBT-WT). Alternatively, the touch panel wall control with Modern Forms Fan App can be purchased separately (Part# F-TS-BK or -WT). Please note that it is for use with Modern Forms Smart Fans only. Every Modern Forms Smart Fan comes with a wall control or remote control included – please check product details to confirm the type included. The Modern Forms Smart Fans can also be controlled through the Modern Forms App on any iOS or Android device.

Modern Forms controls are manufactured in RF or Bluetooth versions and are not cross compatible with each other. Therefore, it is important to order the correct version based on your ceiling fan. Bluetooth controls ship with all current models, while RF controls are for older models purchased prior to 2021. To confirm your control version, check the part number on the label of your control.

For 3-way or 4-way setups, Modern Forms wall controls can be added (two switches to control one fan or a group of fans, for example at the top and bottom of a stairway or in opposite sides of a room). The control features a Luminaire on/off button, 0-100% brightness control buttons, a fan on/off button, 6 speed fan control up/down buttons, and a Winter/Summer mode button to reverse your fan for warm or cool air flow.
